- After this enter the name of the child and select the gender.
- Now enter the year of birth of the child and select the ID proof. In the ID proof, you will have to provide the ID proof of the child’s school and enter its number.
- After that click on register button and then book your vaccination center and appointment slot based on your district or pin code.
- Now your vaccination registration is done and appointment message will be received on your phone.
